  • Attorney Dan Zavadil is a 1992 graduate of Western Michigan, Cooley School of Law.
  • Mr. Zavadil is licensed and in good standing in the State Bar’s of  Virginia, District of Columbia, and Michigan along with over one dozen Federal Courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
  • Mr. Zavadil has practiced law for over 31 years.
  • Mr. Zavadil has taught firearms Classes and related gun law courses for over 23+ years.
  • Mr. Zavadil has lectured at Law Schools and at the Local, State and Federal Level.
  • Mr. Zavadil has published articles on firearms related issues.
  • Mr. Zavadil has successfully defended firearms cases and previously served as Assistant General Counsel to The National Rifle Association.  Including personally litigating the successful and highly cited [First Amendment / Second Amendment School Speech] case of Newsom v.
